Payment

Shipping

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your item has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-customised items.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Repairs and Resizing

  • Resizing: Resizing services are only available for Atypical Thing rings. Fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work.
